Sharp to lauch 3D Mobile Phone

Android handset which has the ability to display three dimensions (3D) is getting crowded by the presence of 3D Aquos from Sharp and are ready to compete with LG Optimus 3D or HTC Evo 3D.

Typically, Sharp handset are only launched in Japan. However Aquos Phone SH-3D 12C will also be marketed in Europe. Currently no information on whether it will be launch outside Europe.

This handset is based on Android 2.3 or Gingerbread. It has two 8 MP camera on the back to record 3D video and photo formats. There is also an HDMI connection so that 3D content can be displayed easily on television.

Aquos 3D armed with MSM8255CPU Qualcomm processor 1.4 GHz with 512MB of RAM and 2GB ROM. It has qHD screen with 540x960 resolution. Like most of Android smartphone, it have complete connectivity of Wi Fi, GPS, 3G and Bluetooth.

In Japan, Sharp holds 30% market share and occupy the top positions. But in the global arena, Sharp does not sound like his name. 3D Aquos release outside of Japan also seemed to want to prove that they have great potential to compete with other know brands.
