Archos G9, inexpensive honeycomb from Archos

Archos, the French electronics manufacturer which many products have penetrated markets such as Indonesia, has just introduced a new tablet called Archos G9. Despite coming out with Honeycomb operating system, Archos G9 tablets are offered $ 279 for an 8-inch $ 349 for 10-inch model. 

Archos G9 comes with two different variants, the Archos 80 G9 (8 inch), and the Archos 101 G9 (10 inch). With prices already mentioned above, the Honeycomb Tabet will get, dual-core OMAP processor 4 which run at 1.5GHz speed, and Seagate hard drives of 250GB.

Both only differ in looks alone. The Archos 80 G9 8 Inch capacitive touch screen with 1024 × 768 resolution, while the Archos 101 tablets G9 has a 10 inch capacitive touch screen with 1280 × 800 pixels.

As for  connectivity, the connection was only available for Wifi, but there is optional 3G stick with the addition $ 49.
